Sights is about places where something might have happened. The photographs are like film stills – the before and the after is missing. The absence in the photograph causes the viewer to construct a narrative about what might have been before the image was taken. The subtitles are fictional names, birth and death dates which are suggesting a possible reading, alluding to each scene a fictional narrative.
